Yes, Tilly's is my favorite place also, good service and food

No...it doesn't have outdoor seating BUT it does have nostalgic memorabilia splashed within the diner and that makes up for it...also the waitresses were very professional and friendly. I live here and may be biased but my sister and brother-in-law are from the city and they were very impressed...I'm just sayin'. The breakfast was gpod. My brother in law LOVES to eat and he was satisfied...that's a rarity!
